How do I personalize my basket?

From the product page, select from the drop down to specify the baby's gender and baby's first initial. Based on your answers we can personalize your gifts.

I have a product/item I would like to recommend to C+C to include in their baskets.

When will my item ship?

We try and personalize the basket to the mama to be so it can take up to three days to ship your order. If you need us to make an exception, please email us directly and we'll see if we can accommodate your order. We will send you an email when your item is shipped that will include a shipment tracking number. On average, it takes five days from when your order is placed to when the package arrives.

What carriers do you use to ship items?

Orders ship via USPS Priority mail. At this time we are only shipping within the United States. You will receive a shipping notification email when your item(s) have shipped. Domestic shipping estimation is 2-5 business days. We are currently working on shipping pricing and requirements for international and will notify you when it becomes available. 

Will you accept returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify us immediately at care@coconutandcaramel.com so we can make it right. We will accept returns from the original buyer and issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if the contents of the box are unwashed, unused items in original packaging within 10 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new condition, odor-free with tags attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on returns.

We are an online business only but the baskets are put together with lots of love here in sunny San Diego, CA.
